Ms. Keshen is the founder of RTA and has extensive experience in the asset management, acquisition, operation & resolution of underperforming income property and development portfolios, non-performing loans and overseeing operating businesses involving real estate.

She is an attorney and investor and has advised financial institutions, governmental agencies, institutional and private investors and companies with real estate holdings throughout her career. She is highly skilled as both an owner and fiduciary in the legal, financial and operating aspects of value creation, asset preservation and complex asset resolution.  She has successfully addressed transactional, litigation, bankruptcy, dispute resolution and complex operating challenges on behalf of a broad range of portfolio assets throughout the US.

She was the lead FDIC advisor for the evaluation and portfolio sale of the assets of Goldome Savings Bank, with assets of 10 billion, as well as the portfolio asset management and sale of asset portfolios throughout the US.

She is also the co-founder and owner of Tallen & Keshen Holdings, LLC (TKH), a privately owned, entrepreneurial retail and mixed-use development company with offices in the San Francisco Bay Area and Southern California.

Further, Ms. Keshen is Vice President of the Board of Directors of The American Cinematheque in Los Angeles, the leading arts charity dedicated to film’s influential and global role as an art form.

The company and its affiliates are known in the real estate industry for the successful ownership, operation and repositioning of retail properties and achieving significant returns through the redevelopment of under-performing shopping center assets and black boxes in both urban and suburban markets.

She is a principal in Rossmoor Retail Partners, LLC, a venture with the largest institutional global capital group, to reposition a high profile retail asset in the San Francisco Bay area.

Ms. Keshen is a national officer of the International Council of Shopping Centers (www.icsc.org), the leading  organization dedicated to the shopping center and retail industry. She is a State Chair for Government Relations and advocacy.

Ms. Keshen serves in several leadership positions and on Boards of Directors, including the UCLA Jonsson Cancer Foundation, where she serves on the Audit Committee of the leading cancer foundation in the Western US.

She is a founding member of the LA chapter of the Lymphoma Research Foundation.

She served with industry leaders on the National Advisory Board of Warren Gorham & Lamont (now West Publishing) for the former RTC (Resolution Trust Corporation) Journal and other  publications on distressed asset operations, value creation and investments.

She is a member of the Florida and Texas Bar Associations supporting business and entrepreneurial enterprise and provides annual internships to law and MBA students in Responsible Entrepreneurship.
